This policy governs all subscription plans, services, and payments made to Campaign Sentinel.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all subscription plans, services, and payments made to Campaign Sentinel (“Campaign Sentinel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing or subscribing to Campaign Sentinel, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Subscription Services

Campaign Sentinel is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • Campaign Management
  • Task Tracking
  • Risk Monitoring
  • Team Collaboration
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • API Access
  • Client Status Sharing
  • Workflow Automation

Access to these services is provided through recurring subscription plans.

3. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through:

  • Account Settings
  • Billing Portal
  • Authorized Account Administrator
  • Customer Support

Cancellation requests become effective immediately upon confirmation.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No additional renewal charges will be applied
  • Features associated with your current plan remain available until expiration
  • Access may be downgraded to a Free Plan (if available) after the billing period ends

Organization Administrator Responsibility

For organization accounts, only authorized administrators may:

  • Cancel subscriptions
  • Modify billing settings
  • Upgrade or downgrade plans

Campaign Sentinel is not responsible for cancellation requests made by unauthorized users.

4. Refund Policy

General Policy

Because Campaign Sentinel is a digital SaaS product with immediate access to platform functionality, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Payments made for:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Add-on services
  • API usage plans
  • Enterprise subscriptions

are considered final once access has been granted.

5. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a billing error.

Incorrect Charges

If an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical or payment processing issue.

Platform Billing Error

If Campaign Sentinel processes a payment in error due to a verified system malfunction.

Legal Requirements

Where refunds are required under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused platform access
  • Failure to use purchased services
  • User training time
  • Change of business requirements
  • Accidental purchases made by authorized users
  • Subscription downgrades
  • Account suspension resulting from policy violations
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

7. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscription plans may be eligible for review within fourteen (14) days of purchase if:

  • The account has not significantly used the platform
  • No substantial data processing has occurred
  • No abuse of the refund policy is detected

Approval remains at the sole discretion of Campaign Sentinel unless otherwise required by law.

8. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers may be governed by separate contractual agreements.

Where a signed Enterprise Agreement exists, the refund and cancellation provisions of that agreement shall take precedence over this policy.

9. Data Retention After Cancellation

Following subscription expiration:

Active Retention Period

Customer data may be retained for up to 90 days following account expiration.

Recovery Window

During the retention period, customers may reactivate their subscription and regain access to their data.

Permanent Deletion

After the retention period:

  • Data may be permanently deleted
  • Recovery may no longer be possible
  • Campaign Sentinel shall have no obligation to retain customer information

10. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Campaign Sentinel before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Account termination
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Recovery actions where legally permitted

11. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must include:

  • Organization Name
  • Account Email Address
  • Transaction Date
  • Payment Reference Number
  • Reason for Request

12. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

  • 5–10 business days for card payments
  • Additional time may be required by banks or payment providers

Campaign Sentinel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

13. Changes to This Policy

Campaign Sentinel reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the platform and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
