About Campaign Sentinel
We build risk intelligence for marketing agencies — so problems get caught by your team, not reported by your client.
Why we built this
Agencies run dozens of client campaigns at once, spread across owners, managers, and tools. Risk rarely announces itself — a task goes quiet, a dependency stalls, a launch date slips by a day and then a week. By the time it reaches the client, it's no longer a risk. It's an incident.
Campaign Sentinel watches every campaign continuously and turns those early warning signs into a simple 🟢 normal / 🟠 at risk / 🔴 high risk status, computed from clear, rule-based signals rather than a black box. When something needs attention, it escalates through the right people automatically — owner, then manager, then founder — instead of sitting unnoticed in someone's inbox.
The goal is simple: give agencies the chance to fix problems while they're still small, and give founders visibility into their whole book of business without having to ask for it.
How we think about risk
Catch problems early
Risk should surface the moment it forms — an overdue task, a silent owner, a slipping date — not after a client asks why a campaign missed its launch.
Signal over noise
Every alert is rule-based and explainable. No black-box scoring — you can always see exactly why a campaign is flagged.
Built for how agencies work
Ownership, escalation, and accountability follow the real chain of command inside an agency — from task owner, to manager, to founder.
Who's behind it
Campaign Sentinel is built and run by a small, focused team of engineers and marketers who have managed agency campaigns themselves and felt this problem firsthand. We stay small on purpose — it keeps us close to the agencies we build for.
